Expert Analysis
Kyler Staley | Prep Hoops Scout
Tewari had his struggles in this game but also showed some flashes as well. With his struggles, though he played a little timid on the floor and really got flustered when the double-team came. The good part of Tewari this game was that he hit some nice threes especially from the corner and pull-up on the wing. Really like his his stronger, longer size at the lead guard potion as well.

There is no denying Tewari’s versatility as a scorer. He was very efficient for Yorktown over the last couple of seasons and that was on display with some three-level scoring potential on Friday night for All Area Gold. The 6’3″ guard handles the ball well enough to create his own shot, elevates very well on his pull-up in the mid-range, and is a high percentage catch-and-shoot threat. Small college programs should be getting eyes on him this weekend.

Tewari is one of the better under-the-radar prospects in Indiana’s Class of 2024. He is an efficient scorer from all three levels with some solid athleticism as a 6’2″ guard. The Yorktown product gets very good elevation on his jump shot, can really shoot from beyond the arc, and knifes his way into the paint to score inside. Small college coaches should take a look at him on Saturday at the Top 100 Showcase and going into the month of July as well.

Tewari is a really intriguing under-the-radar prospect coming out of Yorktown High School. He has good size on the wing at 6’3″, can score from all three levels efficiently, and possesses enough athleticism to elevate over his defender to finish. His strong play over the weekend turned the heads of some in attendance while leading All Area Basketball 2024 to a 5-1 record and a runner-up finish in the Platinum Jeff Teague bracket. Small college coaches in Indiana should have him on their list to evaluate in the coming months.
