Washington has found a nice role alongside Neiko and the rest of PGCA. He fills in as a reliable forward that can stretch the floor and defend effectively. He has steady performances for the team and doesn’t go outside of his role. Kendall plays to his strengths well which makes the game easier for him. Sets solid screens and hits open shots when he gets the pass off the rotation. I like the way his defense impacts the game. He can stop the ball and makes smart defensive rotations to position himself to make a play on the ball or at the rim. Has a good feel for when to put the ball down and create a shot off a couple dribbles.

Washington plays his role very nicely on a strong national team. Comes into the game and plays good rotational defense and grabs rebounds to start the break. His natural athleticism gives him the ability to seamlessly create positive outcomes for his team. He is a reliable shooter, athletic and strong at the basket, and lets his offense come to him as the game flows. Really liked what I saw from the senior forward in a somewhat new role at PG Christian Academy (formerly Shabach).

-Washington stood out as a fluid athlete on the wing capable of knocking down open looks from beyond the arc, rebounding, and creating havoc defensively. The Gwynn Park transfer looked comfortable in his new threads at Riverdale, knocking down two corner 3s in the first half while also closing out on shooters, guarding bigs on switches, and stunting well at ballhandlers. The perimeter skills have improved, showing more lift on his jumper and some nice touch on a floater in the paint.
