About Kechaune

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

My game is dynamic and unpredictable, relying on handles, creativity, and scoring ability, but I also look to get teammates involved. I can create my own shot and can break down most of the defenses.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I have a focused and competitive mentality. I’m disciplined, open to learning, and I stay positive even when challenges come up.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

Balancing school and sports has taught me time management and staying consistent with my goals. I’ve developed leadership when helping guide younger teammates during practice and encouraging them when they struggle.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

I faced a setback with an ankle injury that kept me out for part of my career, but I focused on rehab and staying mentally engaged. It taught me patience and made me appreciate every chance to play.

What type of college are you looking for?

I want a school with a close-knit team culture, supportive coaches, and an environment that pushes me on the court while preparing me for life after basketball where I can make an impact, be challenged, and also be part of a strong academic community.
