About Kayden

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I'm 6'5 combo guard player from Peoria High School in Illinois, class of 2028. I'm a long, smooth, skilled ball handler with a great outside shot and a strong mid-range game. I've really worked hard to develop my all-around game and have shown I'm also able to rebound, pass and defend at the varsity level

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

My mentality is to work hard, play hard and keep a level head in everything that I do. My personality is very calm and in control. I am strategic and smart with my style of play and do not get easily rattled.

Turner is a shooting guard with size, a strong frame, and a lethal three point shot!  His knock down shooting is what college coaches are most interested in.  He showcased that in the game I saw against Wheaton Academy.  Drained a triple off a dribble hand off to send the game to OT.  Free and easy release in both the mid-range and from three.  Nice use of shot fakes and flashed as a passer.

Turner came out the gates aggressive on Friday evening by making plays off the catch thanks to quick ball movement from his teammates in the half court. Turner could catch and make a move in two to three dribbles to keep an advantage and score while the defense was rotating. I thought Turner played on balance and was a nice complimentary piece as a play finisher for the Illinois Wolves 16 U group.
