Jacobi earned recognition in the rankings because of the way he impacts games as a confident and efficient scorer for Sierra. Averaging 8.4 points per game, he has become a reliable three point shooter who can change momentum quickly with his outside shot. He shoots the ball extremely well and has a smooth, fluid jumper paired with a quick release that makes him tough to contest. What also stands out is the patience he plays with offensively, never rushing shots and understanding how to create quality looks within the flow of the game. Jacobi also competes hard defensively and rebounds well for his position. His ability to stretch the floor while bringing toughness and effort on both ends makes him a valuable player and a deserving ranked prospect

Jacobi is a freshman shooting guard out of the Springs who has jumped onto the radar and is putting together a solid season. He’s been one of the bright spots for a Sierra squad that is trying to find their way. In January, we got to see the upside to him as he’s coming off of his best two-game stretch. He’s a freshman who does a bit of everything as a facilitating combo guard who also can stretch the floor. As he gets more varsity time under his belt, I expect him to start picking up what defenses are throwing at him, and it turning into some big scoring games.
