One of the few 2023 prospects already committed to non Division I programs, Mitchell is headed to Taylor University. Mitchell was a constant top performer on the Prep Hoops Circuit and eventually got the offer he was well deserving of. Mitchell is a late blooming shot-maker who has really turned it on this spring. After playing bench minutes for Lakota East as a Junior, Mitchell is going to be a key piece on one of the best teams in Cincinnati. Mitchell has been profiled plenty throughout this spring and summer, his jump in the rankings is not surprising to anybody who watched him.
