Huskey is never satisfied when it comes to rebounding the ball, always in play for second chance opportunities. Part of what allows him such success in the paint is his constant movement, blazing ahead past opposing box outs. The motor adds to Fruita Monument’s overall grittiness on the defensive end, given their physicality on the glass and aggressive shading towards the strong side. Additionally a threat along the baseline for timely passes, Huskey works to generate great looks playing off of playmakers with the ball. Additionally capable of scoring from post-ups against mismatches down low, he is a high IQ player.
