He consistently used his speed and change of pace to get to the basket at will. In transition, he pushed the ball up the floor effectively, using his passing ability to make the right reads and create easy scoring opportunities for his teammates. Off the ball, Josef showcased a high basketball IQ, using his speed and timing to slip behind the defense on backdoor cuts. He moved exceptionally well without the ball, constantly relocating and finding ways to get open. Defensively, his quickness and anticipation allowed him to disrupt opposing offenses by jumping passing lanes and creating turnovers.
