Expert Analysis
Laython Washington | Prep Hoops Scout
Scott keep the game simple taking what the defense give him. The consistent motor make his presence known in all areas of the game. Positon himself in the midline on helpside defense and always anticipating what the offense will do. He surely get my MVP vote for the showcase. He make playing defense fun to watch. Recently picked up an offer from the University of Iowa, expect more offers as the summer continue.

Scott is a dynamic lead guard that can put on a show in the backcourt. He’s flat out nasty with the ball in his hands. If you’ve ever watched him put a defender through the spin cycle, you know exactly what I’m talking about. Scott has become a nasty finisher at the rim as well. He recently committed to Calvin College.

Scott recently committed to Calvin College, and let me tell you, they got a good one. He looked like he added muscle from the last time I saw him up close. He’s really strong with the ball and can effectively advance it very quickly with both the dribble and the pass. Scott can break down defenders off the bounce and create scoring opportunities. He has a nasty spin move that will have you feeling dizzy when he puts opponents through the spin cycle. Scott has that takeover mode that makes you never really feel like his team is out of a game.
