One of the most athletic players I saw all night, Martin makes some plays that very few players can achieve thanks to his physical gifts. Able to play above the rim, block shots and run in transition, Martin moves with a different level of explosiveness than anybody else on the court. What I actually liked most about his game was his on-ball defense, shutting down numerous drives and forcing turnovers and tough shots. When a guy with his physical tools is locked in like Martin was on Saturday, he’s not a guy I’d want to target in isolation situations.
