The second Sumter sophomore who sent in some film for review is Golden. Ja’zir has some intriguing physical attributes that set him apart from other guards on film. He has a plus wingspan and plays with good bounce as he looks to attack the rim. This makes him an effective two-way guy who can force turnovers and get out in transition, play in the half-court and beat his man off the dribble, or rise up and hit jumpers over defenders. Look for him to be a potential energy guy off the bench for the Gamecocks this season.
