Teff stood out as a well-rounded guard who consistently made winning plays that kept his team in it. He showed toughness handling pressure, defending quick guards, stepping down on the block, and converting in transition. Teff plays with a steady pace, allowing the game to come to him while still competing at a high level, and that turned into easy steals and finishes. Teff brings a mix of skill and intangibles that impact both ends, and his composure suggests there’s more to his game. I was very intrigued by his game as he seems versatile and can switch it up at times. His play demands me to watch more throughout the weekend.

I was impressed this summer when I watched him with the Flyers, as his energy levels elevated his team to new heights. At 6’3, Teff has no problem ducking a shoulder down, getting physical down low, and converting at a high percentage. As only a freshman, I see Teff blossoming into a superstar in the next year.

Teff brings a physical edge to the floor and is a true force on the blocks. He finishes nearly everything down low, using his size and strength to battle with opponents and carve out space. His ability to match up well against other bigs makes him a reliable option in the paint on both ends of the floor. As he continues to develop, the focus will be on expanding his offensive range and impact beyond the block. Growing his outside game will keep defenders honest, while using his speed and quickness in defensive rotations and in transition can add another layer to his versatility. If Teff can blend his power inside with those evolving tools, he’ll become a more complete and dangerous presence this season

He kept plays alive by battling inside, finishing with touch on the left, and gave defenses fits. Teff played high, switching onto guards, protected the rim down low, and gave his team reliable interior presence. His activity made him an important inside anchor.

Teff has the size and length to make him a threat on both ends of the floor. With Elevation, he showed he can bully defenders on his way to the rim and finish with authority, while defensively proving he can match up with anyone on the court. The showcase is the perfect place for him to expand that physical edge into a more complete skill set. We want to see him knock down shots from mid range or beyond, create off the dribble, and show decision making under pressure. If he can combine his physical gifts with a polished perimeter game and consistent reads, Teff has the upside to be a matchup problem at the next level

Able to utilize his precise footwork, Teff makes a large majority of close-range shots down on the blocks. Defensively, Teff remains disciplined and focused, crashing rebounds and jumping with his matchup to contest shots. Pushing the pace in transition, you can find Teff running with his teammates to covert on the other end.
