Tri-West Product Jaxon Paris Jaxon Paris 6'2" | SG/PG Tri-West | 2027 IN had the offense going all day at the University of Indianapolis Elite Camp. 6’2” 2027 Guard showed a complete offensive game scoring from all over the floor. Sharpshooter with deep range knows how to get himself open. Quick trigger that can keep the defense honest with his driving and playmaking ability. Does a good job turning the corner and using the angles well to get to spots. Should be in for a breakout senior season for the Bruins.

Fundamentally sound guard that’s comfortable playing on or off the ball. Thrives coming off screens and being a dual threat player on the catch being a knockdown shooter from the perimeter or putting the ball on the floor to get in the lane. At 6’2” he’s able to play different styles based on his matchup. Comfortable playing out of the high post where he can face up on smaller defenders. Really nice court vision and playmaking ability for others. Confident shooting stroke that is repeatable on every shot with a solid base.

Paris is coming off of back-to-back very productive seasons for Tri-West High School. That should obviously be true once again as a senior. However, he really played his way onto the radar as a potential college prospect this summer with Marlin Academy (P32) 17u. His team had a lot of success and he was a big reason why. The 6’2″ guard is so physical off of the dribble and a very strong finisher at the end of his drives. Paris is a proven three-point shooter as well. We think small college coaches will want to get eyes on him at The Expo.

One more new face that impressed me at the Franklin ID Camp was Tri-West 6’2” 2027 Guard Jaxon Paris Jaxon Paris 6'2" | SG/PG Tri-West | 2027 IN . Long and lanky 6’2” that is comfortable playing on or off the ball. Lots of tools to work with offensively. Shot it well at camp while still being aggressive getting downhill. Showed defensive versatility. Moves his feet well and plays with active hands. Really nice feel on the offensive end of the floor. Takes what the defense gives him and doesn’t force the issue.

Paris is a high IQ guard that is one of the top returning players from a young, talented core at Tri-West High School. The 6’2″ guard averaged 9.2 points and 3.8 rebounds per game last season as a sophomore and made 37 three-point shots at a 41% clip. That shooting ability was on display at “The Expo” while Paris also attacked closeouts, finished with some athleticism at the rim, and was one of the best rebounders from the guard position at the event. There is a lot to like about Paris’ all-around game.

The third leading scorer on last season’s Tri-West team, Paris brings back 9.3 points, 3.8 rebounds, and 1.9 assists per game for the Bruins. The athletic 6’2″ guard shot over 40% from three-point range as a sophomore and really projects as a catch-and-shoot threat. He is a solid Class of 2027 prospects to get eyes on this fall.
