I’ve gotten to see a little of J-Man during the Desert Reign Fall League. He’s always been a tenacious athletic defender. Where he’s improved his grade is his around the rim finishing abilty.

The Rattlers are looking for a repeat, and Smith is a key cog in their machine. The junior wing is athletic and defends, he’s also shown that he can impact games even without scoring evident by his no point 7 rebound performance against Silverado. Mojave has enough to deal with, when Smith is also producing they’re an even bigger problem.
