A guy that is feel is highly under-the-radar in the Indiana high school class of 2026 is Bloomington North’s athletic, playmaking guard Jalen Williams Jalen Williams 6'4" | SG Bloomington North | 2026 IN . Williams is easily one of the most naturally athletic players in the 2026 class and plays the game with great bounce. He shoots it well from three-point range, has the athleticism to get to the rim off of the dribble, and is really hard to contain in the open floor. He has had a real strong start for Grand Park Premier so far this AAU season and if you get a chance to see him this summer, you will be impressed. So much potential in Williams.

Williams did was he does best in this game: hit big time shots. Looked a lot more comfortable off the ball but also created his own looks pretty well. Displayed a strong first step on the drive. What impressed me the most was how active he was on the defense and crashing the boards. So much potential. Finished with 13 pts.

If you want to talk about big time shot makers in the in-state 2026 class, Bloomington North’s Jalen Williams Jalen Williams 6'4" | SG Bloomington North | 2026 IN is where you should look. He has all the athletic, physical tools you want out of a wing plus the ability to play super well in the transition game. He is also one of the better shooters I have seen in the 2026 class and has the ability to create looks both on and off the ball. With Bloomington North needing guys to step up this season, Williams could be in-line to breakout this year. A name to keep an eye on.

Williams really burst onto the scene with a strong summer and an excellent showing at our Prep Hoops Indiana Top 250 Expo in the fall. The 6’4″ wing from Bloomington North has potential as a three-level scorer. He shoots it well from three-point range, has the athleticism to get to the rim off of the dribble, and is really hard to contain in the open floor. Look for him to have a breakout sophomore season for the Cougars.

We’ve become big fans of this Bloomington High School North prospect of late here at Prep Hoops Indiana. Williams received rave reviews coming out of our recent Top 250 Expo and was a top performer on Sunday evening as well. The 6’3″ wing has excellent athletic and physical tools, attacks closeouts very well in the half court, and flashes some high level potential in transition. When he is getting downhill to the rim it is very hard to stop him. Be on the lookout for a breakout sophomore season.

The athletic and physical tools of this prospect from Bloomington High School North stand out right away when you watch him on the court. Williams is a 6’4″ wing with plus length that allows him to be very effective in transition, finishing at the rim, and on the glass. At the Prep Hoops Indiana Top 250 Expo, Williams was excellent attacking closeouts and elevating to finish at the end of his drives. He also crashed the offensive glass consistently which can be a real strength of his. Intriguing Class of 2026 prospect to remember.
