Richardson is one of the most versatile players in the state, on both ends of the floor. He has good size, length, and lateral quickness, and can defend one through five at this level. On the offensive end, he’s good from all three levels as a scorer, posting up smaller defenders or taking bigger ones off the dribble. He shoot sit well from 3-point range and is a good passer. He averaged 10.4 points, 6.0 rebounds, 2.2 assists, and 1.0 blocks on 47-43-72 shooting splits.

Richardson has been one of my favorite players in the state to watch over the last few years. He’s a Swiss Army knife who does a little bit of everything on both ends of the floor, and he can take over a game on either side of the ball for stretches. For four minutes, he may be the best, most versatile defender in the state. The next four minutes, he may be scoring in bunches, getting to the rim, knocking down shots from the mid-range or deep. Later, he may be the team’s primary facilitator and playmaker. He does it all, he’s a tough, high IQ wing, and he makes his team better. He averaged 10.4 points, 6.0 rebounds, 2.2 assists, and 1.0 blocks as a junior on 47-43-72 splits.

Richardson is a do-it-all wing who can play on the perimeter and bully smaller defenders around the rim. He’s a high IQ glue guy that brings Johnson together. One game he’s the leading scorer and another he’s the leading rebounder. A team oriented prospect that’s built on the right things. He fares well as a prospect and should be a player that gains traction this weekend. Johnston will be tracked by plenty of coaches.

Richardson is the do-it-all threat for this team. A multi-positional guy who takes care of a lot around the rim. At 6’5 he’s a strong body that can compete vs. other teams forwards. He can step out and make the pick & pop three. A strong Barkely guy that makes tight window passes and hits shots over his left shoulder. He’s a strong driver on the right side of the floor and plays through contact. Richardson is the guy who stands out most on this team because of his traits as a prospect. A recruitable player with a bright future. Attends Johnston for high school basketball.
