The Meadows sniper had an accomplished small school career, a state title and POY award. His skill level is solid, however it’s his tougness, and moxie that seperate him from other players. Wouldn’t be suprised if he finds his way on the floor at a high academic university.

Been watching Bevacqua since he was in 7th grade, he brought out all his old tricks today, including his patent head fake, slick handle and clutch shooting. The senior guard was a steady hand for the defending state champs finishing with 13 points and a handful of assists.

If I have to push my chips in the middle, I want Bevacqua holding the cards. The senior PG is a winner, who hopes to cap off one of the most accomplished HS careers in State history. He’s been a star, and the Mustangs best player from the second he stepped on campus. All eyes will be on him, as he looks to lead the Mustangs to back to back titles.

Bevacqua just has that it factor. He played the entire game under control, knowing when to shoot, drive or dish. It seemed like every time the Eagles made a run, the senior PG made a big shot. He finished with 18 to help the squad maintain 1st place in the conference.

Meadows is fighting to be top dawg in 2A, led by Bevacqua. The veteran, shoots it at a high clip, has a crafty handle, and complete control of the offense. He’s been able to use his skill to lead the team in scoring, averaging over 17 points per game. He’s saved his best performances for the biggest games, scoring 24 against Brophy prep and 19 in the victory over Democracy Prep.

Bevacqua is one of the top players in 2A, but after watching him play this weekend, you can take the Division out of it. Meadows played against some good 4A competition and Bevacqua showed that not only can he compete, but that he can excel. The PG hit timely threes, many from deep range, and showed a slick handle and wiggle.

Bevacqua is the reigning 2A POY, and state champion. The PG has good wiggle to his game, and is highly skilled with both his shooting and handling. He lands in the rankings as a top 20 player meaning he’s a potential scholarship athlete as well.

The Sleeper of all sleepers, Bevacqua is uber skilled. He helped Meadows take down the 2A state crown last season, and is poised to help them repeat. As long as he stays healthy, the Mustangs will be a factor, and he should be a 2A POY canidate.
