Dixon might be hitting the next level of his athleticism. In the overtime portion of the contest, he pushed it in transition and got loose for a rim rattling slam. He already was a good athlete for his size, making him a dynamic slasher and finisher at the rim. That part of his game was in fine form on Saturday, with some crazy, acrobatic finishes at the rim. Still developing as a three point shooter, but he can hit enough to keep the defense honest. Shaping up to be the go to option for the Ruf-Nex. Which would be impressive if he can be consistent as a sophomore.

Dixon is next up to keep the strong recent tradition going for Crooked Oak. Quality athlete from the guard spot, with good elevation and body control to make him a very good finisher for his age. His ability to take contact and keep hanging in the air is one aspect that separates him from other 405 guards. Allows him to be under control even when playing fast. Plays with the type of swagger that leads to him being an energy giver and playmaker on both ends of the court.

Feisty and quick defensive minded guard who is already making waves for 3A contender Crooked Oak. Gets after it on the defensive end with quick hands and good instincts. Can score a bit but really thrives as a set up man. Good early fit for a team that should be playing in the State Tournament come March.
