He's improving as a three pointer shooter. Still a bit streaky at time, but defenders must respect his range. Which allows him as a fluid and strong athlete to get his spots with ease. Has moments as a playmaker off the bounce, occasionally slipping a nice pass in traffic. But tends to focus on scoring first.

His development as a point guard is an interesting long term wrinkle that will impact his collegiate ceiling. However with a group of experienced guards around him at Tulsa Memorial, expect him to be free to do his thing as a scorer. Which the 20+ point games should be a regularity for Bossell as the main man on a likely 5A State Tournament team.

A recent UCO offer is a deserving reward for one of the top true point guards in 2028. Buckingham has outstanding vision and unselfishness. Along with his quality handles, he has a sneaky bit of burst to his drive. And importantly he understands when to drive to create for others, while also finding spots to score himself.

Was a key cog in making Crossings Christians look like 3A contenders during June camps. Then went on the road with I4 and helped his team to the semifinals of the UA Rise 16U Division. There were hints on Buckingham's potential for his first two varsity years, now he's ready to take the leap as an unflappable creator. Who can also provide a scoring punch.

As a sophomore, Dixon averaged 15 points a game and played a big role for Crooked Oak. For his junior campaign, he'll be a key face of the new era of Douglass basketball. Dixon is a speedy guard, who can be a havoc causer on defense. And is a quality finishing and slasher on offense. The lefty has good body control and hangtime around the basket. The chip on his shoulder and the intensity he plays with should make him an instant hit on the eastside. Especially when he brings it on the defensive end.

The sharpshooting guard is really starting to round into form as a full scoring threat. He's quicker and stronger off the bounce. Playing fast but under control on drives to the rim, with improved shiftiness. There were signs this past winter that Collins was coming into his own as a complete scorer. And he started to prove those prophetic with his play in June Camps with Norman North and July AAU tournaments with [program_tooltip program_id='2387159' first='Southern' last='Ties']. With a burner from deep and an improved ability to get to the rim, Collins could emerge as one of the best scorers in the 405.

The baby faced guard is starting to fill out and could be one of the gems from outside the state's metro areas. Always has been a pure shooter, now is starting to expand his impact in other areas of the game. Knows how to play, with a high activity level on both ends of the court. On defense he works hard to be in the right place, right time to help contest shots with his long arms and added strength. Along with helping to crash the glass for boards. If how he closed the summer is any indication, Rutherford is a strong candidate to be a "where did he come" from type riser this winter.
