About Jacob

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I'm a tall guard who has an elite ball handle to be controlled and effective under pressure, I am a leader that is always an active voice and extension of the coach on the court. I’m an agressive defender in the perimeter and passing lanes who is able to rebound as a guard. I am generally a pass first guard looking to make the right play however I can score regardless outside the 3pt arc, in paint

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

Win or lose I will work harder and develop, no matter how bad we're losing or winning by it's never enough and I will finish every game out with maximum effort and heart. I want to elevate not only my game however my teammates as well by creating a positive and strong environment where we both succeed.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

Yes 2x track, cross country and all conference and basketball honorable mention all conference. Choir awards, polish school graduate, student of the month x3

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

All of the above I make sure I bring energy on and off the court and share it with my teammates to improve our chemistry and qualities as a team. I have received leadership awards for upbringing my classmates and teammates and showing a way to success through times of struggle/difficulty on the court

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

Injuries in the ankle and knee but Everytime I return I train harder with my coaches, personal trainers and teammates in order to get back to my potential.

What type of college are you looking for?

A college that provides me a good education first and sports second, with a positive surrounding for instance great coaches, teachers, staff, and classmates.
