6’5″ F on Chicago Lockdown did all the little things to make a huge impact for his team Sunday afternoon. Cuts off driving lanes on the interior, and even when someone took a chance at him, he net nothing go in the rim. Passing is an underrated aspect of his game that has taken significant steps up since I last covered him a year ago. Converted a tough and-one late in the contest to keep it tight.

Farhan emerged over the summer and had another strong performance at The EXPO. Good frame and fluid mobility. He runs the floor for points and rebounds well in his area. Best play came when he swatted a shot then turned it into points on the other end.

It was great covering Farhan for a bit on the prep hoops circuit. While watching him in Saturday, he showcased great footwork in the post. Played mistake-free basketball, too. If the shot wasn’t there, he wasn’t afraid to pass it up. Added some explosiveness as the game progressed, which is something I didn’t see much before. Most enticing play came in the second half of his first game where he nearly posterized someone in transition.
