Farhan emerged over the summer and had another strong performance at The EXPO. Good frame and fluid mobility. He runs the floor for points and rebounds well in his area. Best play came when he swatted a shot then turned it into points on the other end.

It was great covering Farhan for a bit on the prep hoops circuit. While watching him in Saturday, he showcased great footwork in the post. Played mistake-free basketball, too. If the shot wasn’t there, he wasn’t afraid to pass it up. Added some explosiveness as the game progressed, which is something I didn’t see much before. Most enticing play came in the second half of his first game where he nearly posterized someone in transition.

Farhan’s a 6’5” forward with a ton of promise. His footwork on the low block got him some great scoring chances Saturday Morning. His ability to create space in FP’s was also impressive. Finished with 9 points that game. He’s also from the same region in Palestine as me!
