If you want to beat Wayne Memorial, you have to stop elite speedy athletes and keep them out of the open floor. Lamb is a great guy for the job. In my opinion, defense has always been his calling card. There was chatter during and after last rounds win about the way that Lamb defended. He can go toe to toe with the best on the perimeter and he’ll be challenged again in this game.

Lamb is the type of player that every team needs. He’s an unselfish 2 way player. Starting with his defense – I think he’s one of the better perimeter defenders you’ll see this season. Lamb can defend against very high level guards. Offensively, Lamb can play on or off the ball and understands what a good look at the rim looks like.

Lamb and the Brother Rice coaching staff know exactly how good of a player I think he is. Lamb is a true 2 way guard that makes it tough to take him off the floor. He’ll consistently pick up big stops on the defensive end. Offensively, Lamb can shoot and score, but is also incredibly efficient and a willing passer.

We have Lamb listed as a combo guard, and while he can indeed play off the ball, I think he has the frame and grit to be a tough PG at the next level. He has competed against high level competition in both high school and grassroots ball, so he’s ready for the stage to be bigger and he has the athleticism to make it happen.

Lamb has been a rising prospect and The Expo would be a great spot for him to ensure that the rise continues. Lamb is a versatile guard that can play both on and off the ball with effectiveness. He’s a terrific all around athlete that can get out in the open floor as well as make plays 1 on 1.

Lamb just continues to rise as a player and a prospect. It feels like he’s going to continue his game’s growth. I liked the way that Lamb protected the ball with his left on the way to the rim and finish over the top with his right. He did a nice job initiating contact and then playing off of it.

Lamb really started making some noise last year and into May. He can play on or off the ball, but is probably at his best when working off the bounce. Lamb can use a quick first step and some shake in his handles to create a step or space.

He snuck by me until this season, don’t fall victim to my mistakes. This young man can play. He can attack the rim with both hands, keeping his front shoulder low and ball protected. Lamb is a true 2 way player that attacks the defensive end.
