Klope had a strong comeback season after missing his Junior season after an ACL tear. Jackson is a strong and athletic bruiser who is active on both ends of the court. His individual numbers were affected by playing his Senior season with a more ball dominant point guard but he still put up plenty of double-doubles and should sign at some level to play in college.

I was a big fan of McCracken County as they have a handful of talented pieces who have the talent to be impactful college basketball players. I liked Klope’s soft hands on the interior, catching numerous contested passes that led to buckets in the paint. Able to score with either hand at the rim, Klope was patient with his back to the basket. Doing a lot of things I want to see from a big man, Klope could make a pass when trapped and had a couple nice rim protection moments as well. One of the better forwards in western Kentucky’s 2026 class!

Klope came back from an ACL tear this summer and has picked up where he left off in his Sophomore season. A bruising but athletic forward, Jackson is averaging 9 points and 9 rebounds this season and has flashed the potential to be a face up forward at the next level.

Jackson is a very big X Factor because he’s come back from a torn ACL and is playing AAU this spring and summer with a heavy brace on his knee. If Klope gets back to his old form, don’t be surprised if he ends up the first region player of the year. Definitely a kid I hope to see in July.

Jackson missed the entire season with an ACL tear but is back into form heading into the spring. An explosive athlete who is built like a defensive end, Klope is a contender for first region player of the year next season and should be a scholarship level player if he’s truly back to 100% healthy.

Klope has yet to play this season as he recovers from an ACL repair but if he gets back and still has his athleticism, Jackson could be the biggest sleeper prospect in the entire state in 2026.

Klope impacts the game on both ends. He attacks in transition and looks for any opportunity to rise up for a dunk. His range extends beyond the arc so the defense can’t give him too much space. He creates turnovers with active hands and anticipation.

Klope was the best player on the floor for McCracken County leading the way with 16 points. He has a unique combination of size and speed which makes him a mismatch problem at the high school level. Seemed like he was involved in every aspect of the game which was largely due to his high motor. Overall, loved his finishing ability in to play thru tough/physical plays.

Klope is a big, bruising forward who is also a good athlete and can finish through contact at the rim. Playing on the 3SSB circuit this summer, Jackson could see his stock take off. If he doesn’t grow, he’ll need to move his game to the perimeter but for now, the big man is most comfortable playing around the rim.

Klope is starting and averaging 6 points and 8 rebounds per game in a smaller role for a veteran McCracken roster. Jackson is likely to be a featured player in the offense next year and beyond as his skills continue to grow. Excelling as a rim runner, Jackson will be tested this coming AAU season on the 3SSB circuit and could see a big stock boost playing against some of the best 2026 kids on that circuit.
