Isaiah Gillard, A 6-3 sophomore guard who transferred from Foundation Academy to Bell Creek Academy over the summer who brings huge upside every time he steps out onto the floor. Gillard plays with a high IQ and is an excellent decision-maker when he has the basketball in his hands. On the defensive end, he plays with a ton of energy where he can make plays happen whether he’s guarding on or off the ball. He has also continued to improve his rebounding mechanics from the guard position. Gilliard will be an intriguing name to know for the next three years as he has strong intangibles to be a real good college prospect.

Isaiah Gillard, A 6-3 sophomore guard continues to strive and bring huge upside every time he steps out onto the floor. Gillard plays with a high IQ and is an excellent decision-maker when he has the basketball in his hands. I was impressed with his ability to collapse defenses and make crisp kick-out passes to the open shooters. On the defensive end, he brought a ton of versatility where he was often at times guarding multiple positions and was very active in the passing lanes. Excited for Gillard to see where he stands as far as improvements and college interest as the season nears.

Isaiah Gillard, A 6-3 sophomore combo guard can score across all three levels and play with a nice pace. Gillard is very crafty when he has the basketball in his hands where he makes the right plays whether it’s finding an open teammate or taking the right shot. He is also a hard-nosed defender when it comes to applying pressure on the opposing guards whether it’s jumping the passing lanes or guarding on the ball. Gillard will be an intriguing prospect to keep your eyes on for the next three years.

Isaiah is quite the player. He remains calm in sticky situations, loves to drive, and can pull-up in transition from three. His game is more finesse with a touch of pizzazz. This point guard makes waves with his shifty demeanor, and leads his team at an up-tempo pace. He is pretty savvy on the passing game and loves to make plays. We look forward to seeing more from Isaiah in the future!
