Eric Wallace | Prep Hoops Scout
The 6’6 combo forward averaged nearly 14 points per game for the Panthers at the MAIT, consistently impacting the game in multiple ways. Baker is a versatile, mobile forward with soft touch in the paint and the ability to knock down open jumpers out to the three-point line. He can finish above the rim in transition or off drives and brings consistent activity on the glass at both ends of the floor. His combination of skill, athleticism, and motor allows him to play effectively in a variety of frontcourt roles.

On a talented Dr, Phillips team who lost in the semifinals, it was this late blooming prospect who showed all the potential he has at both ends of the floor. Baker has high level length and above average athleticism to go along with a motor that always seems to be running. The unsigned senior has good footwork in the paint and and scores almost all this points in the painted area. He is active on the glass and can guard multiple positions at the defensive end.
