claims the #25 spot after taking home the 4A Lake League MVP. He did it all for the Wildcats, averaging 18.1 PPG to go with 8.6 rebounds. He lets it go from the perimeter with a ton of confidence and also utilizes his size to score inside on a regular basis. His two top outputs were against Centennial (34), and he also dropped 28 points against CIVICA. I was also a fan of how he performed in the playoffs, coming up with clutch baskets for Las Vegas and nearly helping them reach the 4A Southern Region Final. In addition to his stellar play on offense, he was scrappy on defense and contested shots consistently. Overall, he’s a strong two-way player who leads his team and impacts the game on both ends of the floor.

was aggressive on offense and capitalized on the majority of his scoring chances. He notably had a strong baseline drive, a couple of tip-ins, and used his strength to finish through contact near the cup. On the other end of the court, he held his ground, disrupted his opponents’ rhythm, and swatted a shot. Despite the loss, he turned in a great performance.

contributed on both ends of the floor for Las Vegas in yesterday’s win. Offensively, he was active on the glass, creating second-chance opportunities, and he dropped in a three-pointer. While also connecting on free throws late to help seal the game. Defensively, Iverson used his size and anticipation to record a block and consistently altered additional shots.

was having a great game on the offensive end. He dropped in shots from downtown. While also utilizing height and craftiness in the paint to score inside. On defense, he had the difficult task of keeping the Foothill forwards in check. And while he held his own considering the size disadvantage. He ultimately fouled out, as mentioned above.

did a little bit of everything for LVBC against the Thunderbirds. On offense, he was hitting jumpers and getting to the line. On defense, he used his frame and wingspan to make his opponents uncomfortable. And I also noticed him coming down with some rebounds.

turned things up a notch this season and made 39 3-pointers for the Las Vegas Wildcats. He knows how to move off ball, and sets himself up for good open looks. In addition to his sharp shooting, Iverson can also make some noise on defense. He comes up with both blocks and steals. If he can keep improving as a defender, I could see him moving up the ranks again soon.

hustled to grab rebounds on Friday night and came up with a couple of big ones in the second half. After collecting the board he was able to go right back up with it. Which resulted in him some scoring some second chance points for Las Vegas. Iverson played with intensity on the defensive end as well.

was making some plays on Saturday for the Wildcats. On offense, he hit a couple of shots beyond the 3-point arc, and got to the basket a few times as well. On defense, he was using his height and wingspan to disrupt shots.

Iverson moves up the ranks to #57 after previously being in the 70’s. There is no doubt that he is one of the better catch and shoot guys in the state at the moment. In the first game of the season, he had 14 points in the first half against Chaparral.
