Grayson did all he could to keep his team in the game, but ultimately fell short against Cherry who is the number 1 team in class 1A. He looked great conducting the Blake offense, scoring in different ways while playing unselfishly. He did a fantastic job of feeding his big men inside, as well as his shooters on the perimeter for open looks. He is a relentless attacker and converted on some tough finishes at the basket. He looked comfortable shooting off the dribble in the mid-range as well. He finished the game with a team-high 22 points and a handful of rebounds and assists.

Blake came up short in overtime to Minnehaha, but Grayson made some big plays to help them get to that point. Trailing by three with just seconds to play, Grayson got to his spot on the wing, got a defender to jump with a shot fake, and then drained a deep three to send the game into OT at the buzzer. During regulation he impressed with his composure to get to the basket and makes plays as a finisher. Had some strong scores through contact, but also did a nice job of being aware of defenders to step by them and avoid charge calls.
