Grant is a tough player to defend on the court. He is a three level scorer who uses patience when getting down-hill and finding his spots on the court. His smooth lefty jumper is elite from the mid-range and deep levels, as he doesn’t need much space to get his shot off. His patience pays off as he can keep defenders on his hip when attacking to finish or find an open teammate.

Woodway has been pretty balanced this year, but one guy who can explode scoring the ball and do it efficiently has been Williams. He’s a guy who has shown he can get a quick 20 without dominating the ball, and has been a supremely efficient scorer from all over this year. He’s shot over 50% from 2FG, 45% 3PT, and 85% FT.

Grant is an exceptional guard who excels at leading his team with confidence and poise. Despite the team’s abundant talent, Grant quickly finds his rhythm on the court, showcasing his ability to adapt and perform under pressure. His sharpshooting from deep range demonstrates his confidence, as he’s never hesitant to let it fly when he sees an opportunity. Additionally, Grant’s vision and passing skills make him a strong facilitator, consistently finding open teammates and making plays that elevate his team’s performance.

Williams can score in bunches with his outside shot and is especially effective from the corners, but he’s also a crafty dribbler who can wiggle his way to the paint and has the footwork and focus to score from different angles inside. He’s been a steady contributor for Edmonds-Woodway the last two years and could be ready to take on a bigger role in his junior season.

Williams is a lengthy wing with an exceptional shooting touch from deep, making him a constant perimeter threat. As an electric lefty, he maintains a calm and patient demeanor even under intense defensive pressure. His offensive game is impressively well-rounded, blending smooth shooting with the ability to drive and finish efficiently. Grant’s keen court vision allows him to take his time, finding both his optimal scoring spots and open teammates with precision.

Williams looked very smooth scoring the rock early on against Woodinville at the Woodinville Jamboree. Even in the shorter games, Williams showed some creativity with the rock, and how he can play off his outside shot to get to space and score closer in. He has some real quickness and shake off the bounce and should be an effective secondary scorer for them again this winter.
