Gavin may be a little overlooked on a talented TEAM Warwick 14U-Ulvestad team. But he played the best game I’ve seen from him in the championship game. He played a clean and mistake-free game, and I recall him making at least three 3-pointers in the game. He’s a valuable piece to the team because he can stretch the floor and open things up for others. I like his decision-making as a passer as well. He keeps the ball moving in the correct direction and values the ball.

Gavin looks very young and has some longer-than-typical limbs. It seems like he’s adjusting to growing and developing physically. A huge growth spurt into a lengthy 2-guard to go with his 3-point ability would be major. Gavin’s quick release from three off the move was another thing I noticed. He could be one that sees his stock continuously go in the right direction.
