Barnes is a talented wing with positional size, good length and a versatile offensive skill set. He is capable of scoring at all three levels and is an above average athlete who can finish above the rim. Barnes plays with a consistently high motor and brings plenty of upside on the defensive end, where his length, athleticism, and versatility give him the tools to develop into a high level defender at the college level.
