As usual, Evan Phelps Evan Phelps 6'0" | PG Duncanville | 2023 State TX displayed uncanny defensive anticipation, but it was his offense that stood out on this day. Phelps ate defenders alive with his tremendous breakaway speed in the open floor, he showcased a great understanding of how to get downhill instantly. Evan got into the paint almost at will, splitting defenders and converting tough layups while the drawing contact as well as the and-1 foul call.
