Expert Analysis

Enos is a standout from the eventual American Bracket Champions, Byrnes. Evan is one of the best shooters in South Carolina’s 2025 Class and he started out with back-to-back made threes in Friday’s game. The Rebels play the game at a very fast pace, never missing an opportunity to get out in transition and Evan gets a lot of good looks from three because of this style of play. Although he did have a solid shooting game and got to the free-throw line a couple of times, I was most impressed by Enos’s effort on the defensive end. He hauled in 14 Rebounds and blocked 3 shots to go with his 14 Points, intimidating shots in the paint and looking strong on the glass in the win.

. Enos attends Byrnes High School, the 2024 Upper State Champs. Evan was 3rd on the team in scoring with 9.5 Points Per Game on 38% 3 Point Percentage while also averaging 4.2 Rebounds Per Game. He took his game to the next level in Region Play averaging 13 Points Per Game and shooting over 50% from three. Enos is one of the best perimeter shooters in the class and has the length to shoot over most defenders. Evan is most used as a spot-up shooter or in pick-and-pops, but he will also work in some post moves and pull-up jump shots. Enos committed to Coker University on September 14th.

begins my first Film Review article with some film from a recent UAA Event where he averaged 11 Points Per Game and 6 Rebounds Per Game on 38% 3-Point Field Goal Shooting. Evan is an absolute sniper from behind the arc and doesn’t need much space to get a good look at the basket. Although most of his shooting clips were as a spot-up shooter, there were a couple of plays where Enos was used as a screener and popped into an open space along the perimeter. He frequently showed good off-ball movement as well keeping his feet active to find room and create space for his offense as well.

Evan was one of the Top Overall Prospects in the gym Wednesday and had two strong games for the hosts. He didn’t have his best shooting performance in Game 1 but battled in the paint and on the offensive glass, going for 10 Points and 4 Rebounds while getting an early rest. In Game 2, the perimeter shots started to fall at a more efficient rate connecting on 2 of his 3 attempts. Enos also had back-to-back assists early in the second matchup that were really impressive on dribble drives where he kept his head up, read the help defense, and kicked to open shooters.

. Evan is one of the top shooters in the state and has great length to go with it. Although his shooting is his most desirable attribute to College Coaches, he has the skill to do much more on the Offensive End. Enos has been on fire since making the move to Team Charlotte in the Spring and will be a very important player for Byrnes High School, which will have one of the better squads in 5A this season.

Enos is a very slender-sleek forward who likes to set up shop in the corners. Evan is best suited playing out on the perimeter at times and knocking down shots. He brings good versatility to the floor.
Enos always looks to be shot ready to receive the ball in the pocket for a good look.
