Noel has stood out to me on multiple occasions, going back to the start of the Spring with FCA Upstate. He doesn’t have the biggest role on the current Byrnes squad, but he could develop into a key rotation player later in this season and beyond. His size and shooting ability are what will earn him minutes, but he doesn’t always play with the speed needed in the Runnin’ Rebels offense.
