Harvest Prep came out the gates sleepy and dug themselves a double-digit hole after the first few minutes of the game. They led a ferocious comeback to cut the game within two possessions in the fourth quarter before eventually falling short against a fellow Division V powerhouse program. Campbell was scoring efficiently in the paint with a handful of layups at the rim. When the Harvest Prep guards were able to get to the paint, Campbell made himself available for layups on either block and also finished off a BLOB. With his size advantage in the paint, Campbell also had a few second and third chance opportunities due to his offensive rebounding abilities. Columbus is loaded in Division V so it will be interesting to see who emerges from the group of teams.

Campbell was a key factor in the game on Thursday night due to his ability to finish quickly on both sides on the short corner dives. He is an extremely long sophomore who uses it very well. He is a great defender and rim protector for his size. He contests a lot of shots. He can guard multiple positions. He grabbed a ton of boards in a physical game. He is tough.

A prospect who got onto the radar at the final four last year, Campbell has continued his rise for Harvest Prep this season and become one of their most productive and consistent prospects. I’ve been impressed with his motor and ability to move off the ball and finish at the rim from the dunker spot. I’ll be curious to see if he grows any more from where he is at now, with a couple more inches he could be throwing down a lot of dunks with Harvest Prep’s fast style of play. I liked Campbell’s ability to finish with both hands and appears to be a capable shooter from the mid-range area already. A name to know in Central Ohio’s 2026 class.

This was a new name for myself as Campbell got more minutes as the year went on for Harvest Prep as a freshman and has hit the ground running this season. An athletic forward who can finish above opposing rim protectors, Campbell has good size, length and explosiveness. His most impressive finish was an off hand layup where he reversed around the rim for the bucket. The lefty also showed some touch in the mid-range area as well against the Wheelersburg zone, finding the soft spots from 10-12 feet. If Campbell can continue to develop as a decision maker with continued reps and work, he’ll have a chance to be an all-state caliber player by next season.
