is in the 2023-24 high school season. When Ellis takes any shot, and I mean any shot, you are shocked when it doesn’t connect for points, that is how great of a shooter he is. Ever since his excellent spring/summer with Kyle Guy Elite Black 2024, Ellis has seen his stock take a big rise as schools at the next level are starting to take major notice. He comes into his senior season with offers from Culver-Stockton, Franklin, Hanover, Saint Mary of the Woods with more to likely come. Don’t let his small size fool you, Ellis is arguably the best pure shotmaker in the state.

. The 5’10” guard was dominant offensively while leading his Kyle Guy Elite Black squad to the Prep Hoops Grit Region championship. In similar fashion, the Plainfield High School point guard helped his team win the Metro Indy Fall League as well. Ellis is well known as an elite shooter, but his overall playmaking ability was on display on Sunday.
