Williams is an import prospect for Moravian Prep out of the state of Ohio as he looks to make a splash on the OTE stage. He’s a 6-foot-6 wing/forward prospect who was a top name in the International Sports Academy rotation given his ability to handle the ball, operate in space and fly around both ends for rebounds and steals. He holds offers from Akron, Radford, Youngstown State, Albany and Little Rock as he heads into high-level basketball alongside a slew of talented names.

Another elite shooter who struggled a bit from the outside, Williams went just 3/11 from downtown this weekend. Williams was another wing who struggled to get many open looks from the outside, taking some contested and deep shots. Williams did take care of the ball but still needs to find ways to impact the game when his shot isn’t falling. He created space on the floor due to how closely the defense guarded him, but at times was floating with other guys handling the ball for the majority of the time. I still think Williams is a low to mid major prospect and with a better shooting performance at other sessions should add to his offer list.

Williams is the first of three ISA players making their debuts in the top 35 of our rankings. A big time shooter from the outside, Williams has the range to let it fly from deep with good mechanics and the ability to keep a repeatable shot even a few feet behind the high school line. I was also impressed with how Williams attacked with the ball in his hands, with the shiftiness to get past defenders at the point of attack. I’m excited to watch Williams more this spring and summer with Indy Heat and continue to evaluate his game.

ISA was a high priority team for me to watch at this event because this was my first opportunity to scout them this year. With many new faces, it was important to get evaluations on their prospects. Williams stood out the most with his shooting ability from the outside. A skinny wing guard with a smooth stroke, Williams knocked down some deep ones in the fourth quarter to put some separation between the teams. I also thought Williams made some smart reads when attacking the basket and had a couple nice takes to the hoop. I was impressed with a handful of prospects for ISA including
