The most recent addition to the list, Paschal will be headed to play college basketball at Weber State after committing to the Wildcats. The 6-foot-5 swingman is a factor on both sides of the ball with his quickness and athleticism and his best basketball is in front of him. He averaged 12.8 points, 4.8 rebounds, 2.4 steals, and shot a team-high 56 percent from the field for Central Catholic’s 6A title team in 2023-24.

The older Paschal is a super athlete who was able to make plays all over the floor with his impressive body control and leaping ability. He had numerous follows for tip-ins on the offensive end, showed off incredible hangtime to absorb contact and finish at the rim, and played with pace in transition to attack slow setting defenses. He was a menace downhill and was able to get going from 3-point as defenders started to give him an extra step.

Paschal is an excellent athlete who can handle the rock, apply defensive pressure on the ball, and showed some ability getting to the hoop. He plays with great burst on both ends and looked pretty smooth at times on his drives but was most impressive on the defensive end with his ability to turn ballhandlers, recover quickly, and his fluidity in changing direction and maintaining good burst and agility.
