is a pure shooting guard. He has a very quick release and knows whether he’s going to shoot before the ball even touches his hands. Dodson’s IQ offensively is elite. He understands the spacing of the game very well, which is why he makes fundamental plays. With that, Dodson knows where to find the soft spots in a defense while making cuts along the baseline. Having a great sense of how an offense should function is a real gem to have in a player.

Dodson is a young player that was extremely impressive. He spent the week hitting several huge shots for his team. The sophomore was a sniper in catch and shoot situations, and contributed a ton of energy and effort for the Mustangs who made a run to the 4A title game.
