Early on in Team Oklahoma’s first win, Worley exploded for a nice one handed dunk. That was the flash to his game, along with the blue collar effort of running the floor, boxing out, hitting the glass. On defense he was very active in protecting the rim. Rather it was moving his feet to stay in front of and swat a guard or playing helpside defense the Deer Creek Antler swatted his fair share of shots on Saturday.

Drake Worley was a scoring threat anywhere near the lane, showcasing a knack for getting to the rack by using jab steps and pump fakes to get defenders off balance. He possesses surprising athleticism and an effortless ability to spring off the ground and throw it down, as evidenced by his posterizing highlight against PGU Hoops. In that play, Worley slashed down the middle of the lane before exploding and delivering a powerful tomahawk dunk with an and-1 call.

In both games viewed, Worley was an active rebounder on both ends of the court. Especially running the floor for follow up putbacks in transition, and crashing the glass offensively in the halfcourt. He also flashed some back to the basket scoring ability, with a baby hook. It looks the Deer Creek 2025 forward prospect is a high motor prospect, set for a spring and summer of growth.
