Cole is a long athletic wing who has shooting upside. Cole’s length bothered offensive players throughout the tournament whether it was contesting shots or picking up full court.

As far as his offense Cole didn’t shoot the ball the best over the weekend however his form and confidence in taking shots from deep bode well for him as a shooter going forward.

Now standing at 6’6 this wing/forward is going to be a player to watch over the next two years. He is a crafty scoring threat who can get a bucket in a multitude of ways, He can knock down open jumpers, put the ball on the floor and finish through contact, post up smaller defenders and score inside. His versatility on both ends makes him a phenomenal prospect in the 2025 class. defensively he can guard 2-4 with no problems and isn’t afraid to get dirty and make hustle plays. The fact that he is still improving is a scary thought, I truly believe that by the end of 2024 he will no longer be flying under the radar and will catch the eyes of a ton of college coaches.

One of the more athletic prospects in the camp this weekend was Desmond Cole Desmond Cole 6'4" | SF Westside | 2025 NE of Omaha Westside. The 6’4 wing is incredibly active, and plays with a ton of energy. He makes his presence known on both ends of the floor, even though he seems to be a defensive minded player. On the offensive end, Cole crashes the rim hard, and found several opportunities for second chance points. While his athleticism stands out, he also has a nice skillset that will continue to develop. I look forward to watching Cole in the coming years, and believe he has the chance to make a name for himself in the deep 2025 class.
