Jackson was doing what he usually does, knocking down outside shots and being physical on the interior. I thought Jackson looked more filled out physically, suggesting he’s been hitting the weight room hard this summer. Jackson wasn’t shying away from contact and battled with some opposing bigs. I’m expecting big things out of Lakota East this season as the addition of Jackson will only bolster their forward depth.

Jackson started off quiet in the game I watched but quickly got things rolling. Great footwork in the post and especially good at keeping solid center and using the pivot foot to get good looks. Inside-out potential and forces defenses to account for him on pick-and-pops. Rebounds the ball with 2 hands vs trying to outjump with 1 hand. Jackson will be suiting up for Lakota East after being a role guy for crosstown rival Lakota West last year.
