He’s a 6-foot-8 big man who’s shown he can rebound the ball and pose matchup problems for opposing defenders in the pick-and-roll and pick-and-pop game. He returns for a program that went 28-3 this past season looking to do more damage after posting 10.1 PPG, 7.0 RPG and 1.4 BPG as a junior. He finished his junior campaign producing 10.1 ppg, 7.0 rpg and 1.4 bpg while shooting 41 percent from the field and knocking down 24 3-pointers. He’s a strong breakout grassroots candidate heading into pivotal grassroots season with Team Loaded 919 out of Durham.

Haymon really picked things up in the second half, though he was aggressive with the ball in his hands in the first half. He finished with 12 points including two 3-pointers in the second half to pace the offense when it needed a boost. He’s a 6-foot-7 presence that can make things happen inside and out while utilizing his size.

Haymon was impressive in the Northern Nash frontcourt in their victory over Millbrook High. He chipped in with 14 points and seven rebounds He’s an underrated name for colleges of all levels to get to know with the Northern Nash Knights in the 252 area.
