Sundell is certainly not the biggest player on the floor. Dane wants the ball in the clutch for the Pistons. Dane will pop off screens at times and connect on some open jumpers. He was always around the ball and in position to make a play for his team today. Sundell certainly logs a lot of minutes on the floor.

Sundell was a nice addition to the Crusaders after coming over this past season from nearby Lexington HS. Dane brings a scrappy and feisty attitude to the floor. Sundell is a competitor for sure when it comes to playing the game. Dane got to the basket at times today and really did a nice job of using his body to absorb contact on the way to the rack. He has a nice feel for the game and never lets up with his performance on the court.

Sundell came into the contest today averaging 15.4 ppg, 5.2 rebounds and 3.4 assists this season for the Crusaders. He finished with 15 points in the tough loss to Oakbrook Prep.
