Patterson and his KST Academy played well this past weekend here in North Augusta. Jaquarious brings good versatility to the floor with his ability to play inside-out at times. He has good length to stay active in the passing lanes along with running the break down the floor. Patterson feels very comfortable knocking down perimeter jumpers.
Cannon is wearing a new Grassroots uniform this season. The local native from Fox Creek HS was able to connect on some perimeter jumpers here today. Connor handled the rock up the floor in transition and showed some crafty passing skills from out top. He did a nice job of rebounding the ball from his position and outside of his area.
White was getting the ball downhill all day long for his Team USC squad. Russ a left-handed physical guard really likes to play the game on contact. He looks to bully defenders down in the paint area. White will keep defenders honest at times with his ability to stick a mid-range jumper. Russ was able to get to the foul line today at a good clip for his squad.
Hershberger is a very deceptive athlete for KST Academy. Braden plays the game with a lot of grit and toughness. He surely won’t back down from a challenge on the floor. Hershberger got the ball to the rack at times while touching the paint. He really plays well within the team concept and showed his willingness to make that extra pass.
Sundell is certainly not the biggest player on the floor. Dane wants the ball in the clutch for the Pistons. Dane will pop off screens at times and connect on some open jumpers. He was always around the ball and in position to make a play for his team today. Sundell certainly logs a lot of minutes on the floor.
