Burton really looks to be making strides forward with his play this season for the Barons. Daniel brings good bounce and versatility to the floor for Head Coach Rip Ripley. Burton runs the floor very well and has the ability to step-out and knockdown the perimeter jumper. Daniel will challenge and alter shots on the defensive end of the floor. His best basketball is still in front of him down the road.
Burton scored 12 points in the Barons opening round win over Northwood Academy.
Wilkins is a tough-minded kid who likes to play his game around the basket. Chris has a great MOTOR and really brings a good attitude to the floor at all times. Wilkins lacks a true position on the floor but, has the ability to post up down low and seems to do his best work closer to the basket. He will hit the boards on both ends while playing so much bigger than his size. Chris won’t hesitate a second to jump on the floor for loose balls.
Wilkins helped the Knights hold off a feisty Northside Christian squad today by scoring 21 points.
Caldwell and his teammate Chris Wilkins Chris Wilkins 6’3″ | SF Oakbrook Prep | 2024 State SC form a solid 1-2 punch for Knights Head Coach Joshua Clowney. Caldwell really showed good body control getting to the cup today and scoring the basket. Brad finished with 14 points in the win over Northside Christian to help the Knights advance to the SCISA Class 3A Quarterfinals. Caldwell does a nice job of getting the ball downhill to the basket. He really likes to play the game in attack mode.
Caldwell came into the contest averaging 11.1 ppg and 6.2 rebounds this season for the Knights (16-11).
Highlights
Sundell was a nice addition to the Crusaders after coming over this past season from nearby Lexington HS. Dane brings a scrappy and feisty attitude to the floor. Sundell is a competitor for sure when it comes to playing the game. Dane got to the basket at times today and really did a nice job of using his body to absorb contact on the way to the rack. He has a nice feel for the game and never lets up with his performance on the court.
Sundell came into the contest today averaging 15.4 ppg, 5.2 rebounds and 3.4 assists this season for the Crusaders. He finished with 15 points in the tough loss to Oakbrook Prep.
Highlights
Greene is an absolute zone buster at times for the Eagles. Dylan likes to set up shop out on the perimeter behind the 3-point line for the Eagles. Green needs time and space for his shot. Dylan entered the game averaging 13.1 ppg while shooting 41% (40-97) from three-point range and 94% (32-34) from the foul line.
Greene scored 15 points in the win today while connecting on (3) three-pointers from downtown.

Liollio is a new name for the database this spring. James plays the game as a traditional big man down in the paint. He has soft hands to catch anything in his direction. James has good footwork to move around the block and floor for the Griffins. He really must add some strength and weight to his frame moving forward. James connected on some putbacks around the cup.
