Burton is a quick leaper around the cup while having the ability to alter and challenge shots. Daniel felt comfortable today stepping out and looking to knockdown the 17–19-foot jumper. Burton played active on both ends of the court today with his willingness to attack the boards. Daniel is still figuring out where he belongs and still seems to be getting better and better everytime he plays the game.

Burton is a slender-sleek forward for the Barons and Head Coach Rip Ripley. Daniel feels comfortable playing face-up to the basket from 15 feet in at times. He will look to challenge and alter shots on the defensive end of the court.
Burton glides over the floor with his long and rangy frame. He has good bounce and can be a rim-protector moving forward. Daniel still must add weight and strength for the next level.

Burton really looks to be making strides forward with his play this season for the Barons. Daniel brings good bounce and versatility to the floor for Head Coach Rip Ripley. Burton runs the floor very well and has the ability to step-out and knockdown the perimeter jumper. Daniel will challenge and alter shots on the defensive end of the floor. His best basketball is still in front of him down the road.
Burton scored 12 points in the Barons opening round win over Northwood Academy.

Burton is just starting to figure out somethings for the Barons. Daniel is a live body with good length around the basket. He runs the floor very nicely and at times will come up with a block or two on the defensive end. Burton can be a nice rim-runner down the road while showing quick leaping ability at times.
Daniel still must get stronger and work through contact at times. Burton plays in the SCISA ranks with Wilson Hall over in Sumter. Daniel is averaging 10.7 ppg, 9 rebounds and 3 blocks this season.
Can Burton and the Barons make some noise in the post season next week for Head Coach Rip Ripley?

Daniel is a RAW talent and still learning the game. He moves really well around the floor and glides to spots at times.
Burton still must get stronger and be able to fight through contact down the road. He can alter and challenge shots on the defensive end of the floor. Daniel is looking to be a big part of the plans this season for new Barons Head Coach Rip Ripley and the Wilson Hall program.
