Hodges is an emerging prospect who I’m starting to really like. I first became familiar with him and his game during the June Scholastic Period, but he was arguably their most productive player at the practice I attended. Whether he was working as a roll-man, catching-and-shooting on the perimeter, or making things happen off the bounce, Dalton proved to be a guy who can beat a defense in multiple ways and will be a huge piece for the Gators in 2026-27.

He first caught my eye at the SCBCA Live Camp this June, but he followed that up with 16 PPG and 11 RPG in a 5-0 Live Period Weekend for Palmetto City Hurricanes in July, earning him a spot in the Top 100 of his class.

The first new name I added to the database from the SC Live Team Camp is Dalton Hodges Dalton Hodges 6'4" | PF/SF River Bluff | 2028 State SC . Hodges caught my eye early on Saturday morning, going for 15 points, 6 rebounds, and 2 steals. He used his size to be effective around the rim from the jump, earning second chances on the offensive glass, running the floor in transition, and working for positioning in the post. Dalton finished around and through contact well, and also stretched the floor with a deep face-up two. Watch out for him to be a crucial third option for the Gators this year.
