Craig is a high IQ guard who defends the ball well and makes the right extra pass. Providing that sort of passing ability and basketball IQ from the shooting guard position allows his team to usually swing the ball quickly and have multiple players create plays for others. That’s been something I’ve noticed with Craig at grassroots, fall league and individual showcase settings. A player who makes an impact outside of the box score, Craig usually provides a positive impact on whatever team he plays on.

I like Craig’s game a lot. He is a smart player and just plays with great pace. He does not get sped up and is always in control. He is a good athlete and a strong player. He knew his role with his team and excelled in it. He was a good scorer and attacked the rim well. He is a willing passer and knows when to keep the ball moving when it needs to be. I am a fan of his game.

Craig is a player we’ve seen at both this fall league and our Expo showcase this month. I thought Saturday morning was the best he’s played in front of me this fall. Craig can attack closeouts off the dribble, knock down open shots if left open and competes defensively. I’d say his on-ball defense is probably his best skill and he really forces opposing ball handlers to work. Solid overall performance from Craig on Saturday.

Craig plays the game the right way. He is very smooth and a nice finisher. He is a great floor general as well. He consistently got everyone on his team involved. He found the open teammate and made the right decision with the ball when it was in his hands. He is a player you want on your team and to play with.
