at the top of your radar yet, you are officially behind. The Class of 2028 guard from Archbishop Shaw High School and Sipp United has been absolutely tearing up the circuit, but it was his recent trip to Atlanta, Georgia for the prestigious Paul Biancardi Elite Basketball Camp that solidified what the boot already knew: Christian is an absolute problem on the hardwood.
Facing off against the top high-school talent in the country under the watchful eye of ESPN’s National Recruiting Director, Clair didn’t just compete—he shined.
”Clair has national ranking skill and overall production… sometimes you watch a kid, and he can just do whatever he wants. He never struggles, because his IQ is in constant adjustment mode.” – Prep Hoops Scouting
Clair can be a nightmare on the hardwood, sometimes looking like a dual-threat design, or an offensive genius, still with a defensive mind. High-motor energy, he never seems to take a break, locking down the perimeter, while watching for the other teams’ mistakes. With a lethal blend of bounce and psychic-level reads, Active hands in the passing lanes, helps him excel on D. This Elite camp brought out the best in Clair amongst some of the best basketball players in the country!!!

looked right at home. The elite 2028 guard paced SippUnited16u with a game-high 20 points, setting a physical and assertive tone for the weekend Facing high-level national competition, Clair put his full offensive arsenal on display in front of a few college coaches. The district 9-4A MVP consistently broke down defenses, getting into the paint at will while striking a perfect balance between scoring and facilitating. His efficiency from the perimeter combined with his high-motor defensive energy kept Sipp United in the game. Already a top 80 consensus recruit, Clair’s consistent opening performance in Tulsa is bound to have coaches tracking him closely for the rest of the summer.

Louisiana has an extremely talented 2028 class with Clair as one of the best. Holding an offer from LSU’s old staff, I’m sure the new staff led by Will Wade will want to see Clair this summer with Sipp United. Clair helped lead Sipp United 16 U to a unbeaten session I in Detroit. The lefty Clair is a crafty pick and roll ball handler with the ability to attack and finish using either hand. If Clair continues his current production throughout the rest of the summer, I think he’ll add to his offer list and become a more well-known national name as well.

moved up in the rankings and looking at what he was able to do his sophomore campaign, there is more to see. Clair has national ranking skill and overall production, and this summer could be the year for the nation to take notice. Sometimes you watch a kid, and he can just do whatever he wants. He never struggles, because his IQ is in constant adjustment mode. If you need 42 points in a game, Clair can give you that. If you need 21 points, 3 assists, 3 rebounds and 2 steals a game then you are spot on with his season averages. Clair is a problem but is also equally efficient as a piece used to highlight skilled players around him which makes him a next level coaches dream.

was the most well-rounded player in the gym. There was nothing that he could not do during the showcase. First thing that stands out about Clair is his understanding of pace. It looks like he is playing slow, but that is his way of controlling possessions. He is an elite three-point shooter. He is an elite mid-range shooter. He is an elite finisher at the rim. He is an elite passer, and he has excellent court vision. Clair is a complete Varsity Basketball player and the only thing he needs is more exposure to showcase his abilities. He currently holds offers from The Ragin Cajuns (ULL) and University of New Orleans on top of all that.

Clair was one of the most impressive gaards in the building orchestrating every game to near perfection. He is a poised guard with the handle and IQ to manage a team in any situation. He is an efficient scorer making use of his shots and converting on opportunities at all three levels. He is a high-level defender using a blend of athleticism and anticipation to frustrate the opposing team. Clair is a top guard in his class and will be a serious prospect placing him in constant discussions between coaches and scouts.

, the 6’0″ guard, delivered a game to remember in a big-time win. He filled up the stat sheet with 15 points, 10 assists, 9 rebounds, and 7 steals. Doing a little bit of everything. Clair controlled the pace of the game and kept his teammates involved with smart passes and great vision. He was just one rebound shy of a triple-double and made his presence felt on both ends of the floor. His defensive effort stood out, constantly disrupting the opposing offense with active hands. Clair’s energy and leadership were key in helping his team pull away down the stretch. It was a complete performance that showed his all-around game and impact.

Clair is a player to watch on the Louisiana Hoops scene because of his unique combination of intangibles and his ability to simply figure out the game. Despite his youth, he plays with the poise of a senior and excels in situations where decision-making is crucial. Clair is exceptional at getting to the rim, but what sets him apart is his understanding of how to make his teammates better. He knows how to set the table and create opportunities for everyone around him. In transition, he’s a thrill to watch, and although he may not yet have the physical build of some older players, he has the strength to finish through contact with a variety of impressive layups. The point guard position demands a lot, and Clair checks all the boxes for his age and beyond. With the leadership mentality to guide his team, his teammates respond to him on the court, adding another layer to his status as a rising star.

Clair is the other top point guard in this class. He can create separation to shoot the jumper and is very good at getting to the rim. Clair can run your offense or play off the ball and be just as effective. He was varsity ready from day one. A little slight in the frame but he has big game.
