Hawkins continues to elevate his game, showing consistent growth as a mid-range scorer. He hits pull-ups with rhythm and is becoming increasingly lethal operating in the soft spots of the defense. Eric is a legitimate culture-setter. He leads by example, communicates constantly, and embodies the “favorite teammate’s favorite teammate” mentality—making the right reads, making sacrifices for the win, and elevating everyone around him. Hawkins showed a complete display of determination in Orlando, proving that his blend of skill growth, poise, and intangibles translates against elite national competition.

”Hustle & Heart” isn’t just a baseline descriptor for Eric Hawkins—it is the exact competitive lens through which his entire game must be viewed. Against high-caliber circuit shoe teams, where length and athletic talent are a given, Hawkins separates himself by winning the margins. He plays with an absolute refusal to be outworked, making the unselfish, high intensity plays that alter the momentum of a game but rarely show up in a standard box score.

Eric is one of the most underrated players on the court, often flying under the radar despite his impact. He has excellent ball skills that allow him to handle pressure and create opportunities for his teammates. His vision makes him a strong passer, consistently finding the open man in the flow of the offense. On top of that, he has developed a smooth, reliable mid-range jumper that keeps defenders honest. Eric’s ability to contribute in multiple ways makes him a valuable piece to his team’s success. With his work ethic and steady improvement, he is a player to watch moving forward.
